MyVA PH platform terms
Raphael Paul Martinez operates MyVA PH as an independent discovery directory. It is not an employer, staffing agency, payment processor, or party to agreements between clients and virtual professionals.
Accurate profiles
Members must describe their identity, skills, availability, rates, projects, and project type honestly. Practice, training, volunteer, and client work must use the correct label. Verification applies only to the specific signal described and is not a guarantee of performance.
Safe use
Do not impersonate another person, upload content you do not have permission to use, spam members, scrape the directory, evade limits, or use the platform for unlawful or discriminatory activity.
Moderation
MyVA PH may request changes, remove misleading evidence, hide a profile, suspend an account, or preserve an audit record when needed to protect members and the directory. Beta features may change as the product is tested.
Client relationships
Clients and professionals are responsible for due diligence, scope, contracts, tax obligations, data access, payment, and workplace compliance. Never send passwords or sensitive client data through a profile or initial reach-out.
Availability
The beta is provided as available and may experience interruption. Members should keep their own copies of important work and documents.
