How MyVA PH search works

We rank for fit first, then rotate fairly among people with similar relevance. No member can buy organic position.

What earns relevance

Services and the opening profile statement carry 30% of the score, project evidence 25%, tools 20%, industries 10%, schedule and rate context 10%, and clarity plus fresh availability 5%.

How new VAs get a chance

Paid client history is not required. Honest practice, training, volunteer, and transferable projects can satisfy the evidence requirement. Within a similar relevance band, people with less recent exposure move ahead; a new profile may also receive one exploration position when it belongs in that band.

What verification means

Badges name the exact check performed. Updating public content removes reviewed-work claims until an administrator reviews it again. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee.

What we will measure

With analytics consent, the beta evaluates no-result searches, match explanations, exposure distribution, profile opens, project reads, and qualified reach-outs. Any material scoring change receives a new public version.
