Raphael Paul Martinez stores the information needed to operate professional profiles, search, private reach-outs, account security, moderation, and optional product analytics.
What is public
A published professional profile may show the member's name, photo, banner, headline, location, work preferences, rates, services, tools, projects, and the specific verification signals approved by a reviewer. Login history and account email are not public.
Private account and contact data
Email addresses, password hashes, sessions, moderation notes, unfinished profile content, private reach-outs, and pending email deliveries are restricted to the people and administrators who need them. A professional and client see each other's email only after the professional replies.
Analytics choice
Optional first-party analytics records a random browser identifier, public path, referrer, and timestamp to measure search appearances and visits. It is off until you allow it. Choosing essential only prevents those public-page events. Clear this site's local storage to reset the choice.
Media and retention
Uploaded images are converted to WebP, videos to verified WebM, and PDFs are optimized. Replaced or deleted files are removed from configured storage. Public analytics is retained for up to 90 days, discovery events for up to 180 days, and sent-email delivery records for up to 90 days. Operational audit records may be retained for safety and accountability.
Your controls
Members can export or delete their account data from the dashboard. A support address will be published before external beta access opens.
